The example was made with PSP X

1.) Open a new raster layer 750x300 pixel and fill with a gradient of choice ( in my remake I used the tube/ Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper Rotate/ Motion Blur 45 degrees, opacity 100 x2)
2.) Effects / VM Instant Art/ Spider Web
3.) Copy and paste the supplies , for placement look at my example / drop shadow
4.) Copy and paste your tube and add a drop shadow
5.) Add a border of your choice
6.) Add your name and artist copyright, url and your license number
7.) Highlight the background
9.) Click on save and save it somewhere on your PC
10.) Click "Cancel"
11.) Open your AS (Animation Shop) and open the ball animation
12.) Delete the first frame
13.) Resize the animation 70%
13.) Resize the animation 70%
14.) Back to your PSP / Copy the background layer
15.) Paste as new animation in your AS
16.) CtrL and hit "L" on your keyboard till you have 20 frames
17.) Highlight you "ball" animation/ edit/ select all / copy
18.) Highlight your background frames / edit / select all / past into selected frames
19.) Back to you PSP / Hide background layer / Edit / Copy merged / Paste as new animation to AS
20.) CtrL and hit "L" on your keyboard till you have 20 frames
21.) Edit / select all / copy
22.) Highlight your background frames / edit / past into selected frames
23.) View animation and save as ...gif
