1 Selection (install in your PSP / Selection folder) and animation by Motz Graphics (site currently down)

I am going to explane how I did the background animation, rest is up to you ;)
1.) Open a new raster layer 600x250 pixel
2.) Copy and paste your tube / Effects / Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper rotate / default settings
3.) Adjust / Motion Blur
4.) Repeat motion Blur 2 times
5.) Effects / Edge Effects / Enhace
6.) Crop your tag / add a new raster layer
7.) Selection / load selection
8.) Fill with a gradient of your choice / deselect
9.) Duplicate this layer / on the bottom layer / Pick Tool (K) / move the right and left side inwards
10.) Eye Candy 5 / Impact / Perspective Shadow / lower the opacity to 77%
11.) Highlight the top selection layer
12.) Effects / L en K filters / Zitah
13.) Add Perspective Shadow
14.) Effects / Xero / Porcelain / default settings , but set the blue channel to 0 / sharpen
15.) For this tag, I rotated the image 90 degrees
16.) Add your tube (closeup) and lower opacity
17.) Text Tool / white / write whatever you want / rotate 90 degrees and lower opacity
18.) I added a small border of 2 pixels
19.) Now you can bring the tag to animation shop and add the little animation to all squares.
