1. Open a new raster layer 750x300
2. Copy and paste PAP3-CCD as new raster layer
3. Effects / Photo Effects / Black and White Film
3. Effects / Background Maniatic / Fantasy Grid
4. Copy and paste your tube (make it black/white)
5. Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper rotate / default settings
6. Blur / Motion Blur / 45/100 / repeat / Effects / Enhance
7. Duplicate layer / on the bottom one / VM Natural / Cross Wave
8. Set layer opacity to 18
9. On the other one apply mask
10. Lower opacity to 70
11. Copy and paste Ele12-CCD / resize and placement look at my set
12. I colorized mine to ...
13. Add whatever you wish to the set from this scrapkit
14. Copy and paste your tube / Drop Shadow / Add a border / copyright , name ....
15. Highlight your bottom layer
16. Ulead Effects
17. Save it on your PC and hit Cancel
18. Lower opacity of your bottom layer to 55
19. Edit / Copy Merged

Animation
1. Paste a new animation to AS
2. Press CTRL + L till you have 20 frames
3. Edit / Select all / Copy
4. Open the ULEAD EFFECT frames in AS
5. Selects all / Paste into selected frames
6. View Animation .....save as gif
