1. Open a new raster layer 750x300 and fill with black

2. Tramages / Tow the Line

3. Adjust / Blur / Motion Blur / repeat 2x more

4. Effects / Distortion Effects / Ripple

5. Copy and Paste my "ColorsParrot_GF" as new layer

6. Copy and paste your tube as new layer

7. Draw a big rectangle / rotate (look at my set) / convert to raster layer / Effects / Distortion Effects / Ripple

8. Draw a smaller rectangle / rotate (look at my set) / convert to raster layer / Effects / Distortion Effects / Ripple

9. Copy and paste my "Tuch_GF"

10. Pick a color from your tube / Text Tool / Quantify Font and type "Colors" / convert to raster layer / Drop shadow / same you do with the word "Words"

11. For the text in the middle I used Segoe Script

12. Add a border , copyrights and your name and save as PNG
