I am going to explane how I did the background animation, rest is up to you ;)
Have fun !!!
1.) Open a new raster layer 700x300 pixel
2.) Copy and paste your tube as new raster layer
3.) Effects / Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper Rotate / default settings
4.) Crop your image
5.) Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur
6.) Effects / Edge Effects / Erode
7.) Effects / Edge Effects / Enhace
8.) New raster layer / fill with a color (doesn't matter which one)
9.) Effects / Filter Factor R / Countdown
10.) Set the layer mode to Soft Light and the opacity to 34%
11.) Repeat step 8, 9 and 10 till you have 6 number layers, but change each time the Random Seed
12.) Duplicate your blurred layer till you have 6 layers
13.) Merge down 1 number layer with 1 blurred layer
14.) On each of your 6 merged layers / Effects / AAA Frames / Foto Frames
