How to..Template

Open your template in PSP

on the right side in the layer palette you see all those layers from the template 

You could change the color of this circle for example:

To get the exactly color you want, go on the right side to your "Materials" , click in the foreground color, with the pipette you grab a color of your choice from your tube, now look at Hue and Saturations numbers

Those 2 you use to colorize your circle/square etc.

If your color is too light or dark , work with 

And apply Colorize again after darken/lighten

If you want to use a scrapkit with your template, then resize your paper / copy and paste as new layer to your template

Highlight your circle/ Square etc. and 

Select / Selects all / Select /  Float / Select / Defloat / Select / Invert

Highlight the paper you paste and hit DELETE on your keyboard, Select / Select none / delete or hide the original template layer
