I used a Scrapkit of Bella Caribeña , called Broom Don't Care

Font: Spooky Pumpkin


Filter: Eye Candy / PerspectiveShadow / Gradient Glow


The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉

1.) Open a new raster layer 900x900 and copy and paste my frame

2.) Fill the frame with elements of your choice

3.) Merge your elements / Effects / Texture Effects / Texture


4.) Now add all elements you want on your tag / drop shadow
Add your tube and add the artist copyright and your license

5.) I placed BC-BroomDontCare_El (42) in the center front



6.) Duplicate it / mirrow

7.) Place the heads that they are the same position


8.) Take your Freehand Selection Tool / point to point and get rid of the body


9.) Use your Smudge Brush for this

 


10.) Add drop to your original (but on a seperate layer) / same you do on the second head

Animation

1.) Merge all your background layers (not the elements/tube)



2.) Copy and paste as new animation to AS

3.) Ctrl + L on your keyboard till you have 15 frames

4.) Open BooGreenGF in AS / Edit / Select all / Copy

5.) Back to your background frames / Edit / Select all / Paste into selected frame

6.) Back to PSP / hide your merged background layer and the BooGreenGF element

7.) Hide those 2 layers


8.) Edit / copy merged and paste as new animation to AS

9.) Ctrl + L on your keyboard till you have 13 frames / highlight last frame

10.) Back to your PSP / make the second head and his drop shadow visible

11.) Highlight the body layer / and erase this part 


12.) Highlight the drop show from this layer and erase the head shadow

13.) Edit / Copy merged and paste after current frame / duplicate your last frame (you should have 15 frames now)

14.) Edit / Select all / Copy

15.) Highlight your background frames / edit / past into selected frame

16.) Set frame properties to 20

17.) View animation and save as .....gif 😉
