I used a Scrapkit of Hania , called Christmas Cheer

The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉
1.) Open a new raster layer 900x900 and fill with white
2.) Copy and paste paper02.png as new raster layer and apply a mask / duplicate and merge both layers with your white background
3.) I was very pleased with this scrapkit, so I added a lot of elements, so for placement look at my tag
4.) Add small drop shadow to your elements (but not to 50.png / the lamp)
5.) Add the artist copyright and your license

Animations
1.) Copy and paste your merged background to Animation Shop (AS)
2.) Duplicate till you have 15 frames
3.) Open SophisticatSimone-ExclusiveHania-Ani-ChristmasCheer01 in AS
4.) Edit / select all / copy
5.) Back to your background frames / edit / select all and paste into selected frame (I placed the animation top left)
6.) Back to your PSP / hide your background layer / edit / copy merged / paste as new animation to AS
7.) Back to your PSP / highlight the layer with your lamp / Magic Wand Tool
7.) Click outside of the lamp
8.) Adjust / Brightness and Contrast
9.) Select none / copy merged and paste after current frame in AS
10.) Back to PSP / Undo last 2 steps and apply Brightness/Contrast again but set Brightness to 10
11.) Select none / copy merged and paste after current frame in AS
12.) Select all and duplicate this 3 layers till you have 15
13.) Edit / select all / copy
14.) Highlight your background frames and paste into selected frames
15.) Open SophisticatSimone-ExclusiveHania-Ani-ChristmasCheer02 in AS
16.) Select all / resize to 55% and mirrow
17.) Select all / copy / highlight your tag / select all and past into selected frame
18.) Viw animation and save as .....gif 😉
