This is a CT tutorial for

I used a Scrapkit of Bella Caribeña , called Fire on Halloween

Supplies: HERE

1 Selection (install in your PSP / Selection folder) and animation by Motz Graphics (site currently down)

Font: Impact

Filter: Muras Meister / Copies

L en K filters / Zitah

Xero / Porcelain

Eye Candy 5 / Impact / Perspective Shadow 

The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉

1.) Open a new raster layer 600x250 pixel

2.) Copy and paste your tube / Effects / Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper rotate / default settings

3.) Adjust / Motion Blur

4.) Repeat motion Blur 2 times

5.) Effects / Edge Effects / Enhace

6.) Crop your tag / add a new raster layer

7.) Selection / load selection

8.) Fill with a color or gradient of your choice / deselect

9.) Duplicate this layer / on the bottom layer / Pick Tool (K) / move the right and left side inwards

10.) Eye Candy 5 / Impact / Perspective Shadow / lower the opacity to 70%

11.) Highlight the top selection layer

12.) Effects /  L en K filters / Zitah

13.) Add Perspective Shadow

14.) Effects / Xero / Porcelain / default settings , but set the blue channel to 0 / sharpen

15.) For this tag, I rotated the image 90 degrees

16.) Add your tube (closeup) and lower opacity

17.) Text Tool /  write whatever you want / rotate 90 degrees and lower opacity

18.) I added a small border of 2 pixels

19.) Edit / copy merged / open a new canvas 900x900 and paste as new raster layer

20.) Add elements to your liking or look at my tag for placements

21.) Add the artist copyright and your license

22.) Merge all layers below the fire layer and everything above that layer 

23.) Copy you bottom layer and paste as new animation to Animation Shop (AS)

24.) Duplicate this layer till you have 8 frames

25.) Back to PSP / copy the fire layer and paste as new animation to AS

26.) Effects / insert image effects / under water

27.) Edit / select all / copy

28.) Highlight you tag / select all / paste into selected frame

29.) Back to your PSP / copy and paste your top layer to AS and duplicate till you have 8 frames

30.) Edit / select all / copy and paste into selected frame on your tag

31.) Same you do with the little animation provided

32.) View animation and save as ....gif 😉
