The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉
To place the fairy in the shoe, you need to tube a little bit. Use your Freehand Selection Tool / point to point and zoom in
On the text and my name I added Eye Candy / Gradient Glow
Add the copyright and your license!
Merge all except the fairy, the rabbit, text and your name

Animation
Open Sparkle2 in Animation Shop (AS)
1.) Effects / Insert Image Effects
2.) Take your merged layer from Paintshop to AS / Ctrl + L on your keyboard till you have 28 frames
3.) Highlight your Sparkle animation / Edit / Select all / Edit / Copy
4.) Highlight your tag / Edit / Select all / paste into selection
5.) Go back to your PSP, hide your merged layer / Edit / Copy merged
6.) Paste as new animation to AS / Ctrl + L on your keyboard till you have 28 frames
7.) Edit / Select all / Edit / Copy
8.) Highlight your tag / Edit / Select all / paste into selection
9.) View animation / save as ....gif 😉
