I am very lazy today 😅 so it's just a copy and paste thing and everything is in the supply folder except the tube and BG ofcourse.

1. Open a new raster layer 750x300
2. As background I used the bg that comes with the tube, same as the background in the frame
3. Now add the elements to your liking / drop shadow
4. Copy and paste the tube / name / copyright / frame etc.
5. The star animation I added to the background (1x normal size and then 50% resized a bit more to the left of the first)

This tutorial was done on 14th of june and the copyright is mine
