I used a Scrapkit of Hania , called Dorcas

Ulead Effects / Gif-X 2.0
The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉
1.) Open a new canvas 900x900 / fill with white
2.) Create your background (I used the Becky mask on my backgrounds)
3.) Merge with your white background
4.) Copy and paste this one (for placement look at my tag):
5.) Take your crop tool (make sure your selected area is 600x600)
6.) Hide that frame
7.) Save as....
8.) Open Kajenna's tube in PSP / merge the face with the pumpkin
9.) Copy and paste as new image / resize
10.) Image / canvas size
11.) effects / Ulead Effects / Gif-X 2.0 (Load File: the background you saved before as bmp)
12.) Click on "save"
13.) After you saved it, click on cancel in Ulead effects
14.) Back to your tag / undo the crop and make your frame visible
15.) Now keep going to create your tag
16.) Once you are happy with your result, add artist copyright and your license and your name

Animation
1.) Copy your background and paste as new animation to Animation Shop (AS)
2.) Ctrl + L on your keyboard till you have 15 frames
3.) Open your save Ulead Effects animation in AS / edit / select all / edit / copy
4.) Highlight your background / edit / select all / edit / paste into selected frame
Make sure you place it on the right place, that it fit with your background
5.) Back to your PSP / hide the background / edit / copy merged
6.) Paste as new animation to AS
7.) Step 2 again
8.) Edit / select all / edit / copy
9.) Highlight your background / edit / paste into selected frame
The animated pumpkin should be right behind the frame
10.) View animation / save as .....gif 😉
