I'm sexy...

I'm sexy and I know it

I used the art of ©Verymany , to use the tube in my example, you must have a license to do so.

Filters:

Muras Meister / Copies

Distort / Ocean Ripple

Eyes Candy / Impact

Xero / Porcelain

AAA Frames

Fonts:

Lucida Sans

_______________________________________

1. Open a new transparent layer 700x300

2. Copy and paste your tube as new layer

3. Duplicate / highlight the bottom layer / Muras Meister / Copies / Wallpaper rotate 

4. Adjust / Blur / Motion Blur

5. Effects / Distort / Ocean Ripple

6. Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

7. Rectangle Tool / set your background color to a color of your choice and draw a small long rectangle / convert to raster layer

8. Effects / Eye Candy / Impact / Bevel / add drop shadow of choice

9. Duplicate this layer twice / look at my set for arrangement

10. Keep the middle line at the bottom and highlight

11. Think about the word you want to add / in my case it was SEXY and I wanted to keep 1 letter without animation / type that letter (X) in the color of your choice / I used Lucida Sans

12. Effects / Eye Candy / Impact / Glass

13. Add drop shadow

14. Highlight your top layer / and type your other letters (SE Y)

15. Effects / Eye Candy / Impact / Glass

16. Duplicate your middle line and move this layer to the top

17. Highlight your text (SE Y) / Selection / select all / float / defloat/ invert

18. Highlight the copy of your middle line (the top layer) and hit DELETE on your keyboard / select none

19. Now you can add drop shadow to your text

20. Keep those both layers always on top!

21. Add the accesscoires you want ( other text, elements etc.) / drop shadow

22. I used Xero / porcelain on my main tube / sharpen 

23. Add the © and your name

24. Once you are done, make the 2 top layers invisible and merge the rest /merge visible

25. Effects / AAA Frames / Foto Frame

Animation

1. Copy and paste your text layer (SE Y) to AS (Animation Shop)

2. Effects / Insert Image Transition / Sliding Boxes

3. Paste your text layer again as new animation

4. Effects / Insert Image Transition / Sliding Boxes

5. Edit / Select all / Animation / Reverse Frames

6. Edit / Select all / edit / copy

7. Click on your first animation / highlight the last layer / paste after current frame

8. Back to your PSP / copy your tag and past as new animation to AS

9. Ctrl + L till you have 34 frames

10. Highlight your animation (the one with 34 frames^^) / edit / select all / copy

11. Highlight your tag / edit / select all / paste into selected frame

12. And again / back to your psp / copy that top layer and past to your AS

13. CTRL + L till you have 34 frames

14. Edit / select all / copy

15. Highlight your tag / edit / select all / paste into selected frame

16. View animation and save as gif.
