This is a CT tutorial for

I used a Scrapkit of Elli , called Hello Halloween

Supplies: HERE
Font: HalloWitchZ
Filter: Eye Candy / PerspectiveShadow / Gradient Glow
The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉
1.) Open a new raster layer 900x900 and fill with white
2.) Copy and paste a paper of the scrapkit (I colorized mine to blue) and use the mask provided
3.) Copy and paste my 3D blocks
4.) Copy and paste same paper on top, hide for the moment
5.) Take your freehand selection tool
6.) Selection invert / unhide your paper and hit "delete" on your keyboard / merge down
7.) Duplicate this layer / on the bottom 3D layer / image mirrow / for placement look at my tag
8.) On both 3D layers add a strong drop shadow
9.) The spider web layer I set to "overlay"
10.) Add the elements you want to your tag / add drop shadow
11.) Add the artist copyright and your license
12.) When you are done with your tag, write the text and/or your name
13.) Convert to raster layer /duplicate / on the bottom one add a drop shadow
14.) Highlight the top name layer / copy

15.) Open MagicAutumnAniGF in PSP / paste as new layer
16.) Selection / Select all / Float / Defloat / invert
17.) Now highlight all other layers one by one and hit "delete" on your keyboard
18.) Delete your top layer, crop your image and save as animation file

19.) On the top text layer / Eye Candy / Gradient Glow
20.) When you are happy with your tag / edit / copy merged and paste as new animation to AS
21.) Duplicate it till you have 19 frames
22.) Open your text animation file in AS / edit / select all / copy
23.) Back on your tag / edit / select all / paste into selected frame
24.) View animation and save as ....gif 😉
