Font: HeyMagnolia and Snowballs
Filters: Xero / Porcelain
Eye Candy / Gradient Glow / ShadowLab
Animation: The animation is from Rene Kunert Art

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉
1.) Open a new raster layer 900x900 and fill with white
2.) Copy and paste my background as a new raster layer
3.) Elipse Tool / foreground to #b895a4 / background none
4.) Draw a circle / convert to raster layer
5.) Selection Tool
6.) Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize
7.) Select none / Effects / Eye Candy / Extrude
8.) Add a drop shadow
9.) Add elements to your liking / Xero / Porcelain and drop shadow on all
9.) Type your text or/and name
10.) I used a small gradient glow on my text in white
11.) Drop shadow

12.) Open the Bubble animation in PSP
13.) Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Hue-Saturation-Lightness
14.) Do this on all 12 layers
15.) Crop those layers (make sure it's not bigger on any side than 900 pixels)
16.) Save it as animation shop file
17.) Back to your tag / merge the white background with my background / copy
18.) Paste as new animation to Animation Shop (AS) / duplicate till you have 12 frames
19.) Open your saved bubble animation in AS
20.) Edit / select all / copy
21.) Highlight your tag / edit / select all / paste into selected frame
22.) Back to PSP / hide your merged background / edit / copy merged
23.) Paste as new animation to AS / duplicate till you have 12 frames
24.) Edit / select all / copy
25.) Highlight your background frames / paste into selected frame
26.) View animation and save as ....gif 😉
