I used a Scrapkit of Magical Moments, called Summer Falls

Supplies: here 

 Filters: Topaz Labs / Topaz Clean 3 (it's a Pay Filter and not really necessary for this tutorial)

Eye Candy / PerspectiveShadow

The example was made with PSP X and Jasc Animation Shop

I am not going to explane how to copy and paste, be creative or look at my tag for placement 😉

I used Topaz Clean 3 on some items to make them fit together. For example if you have items that looks realistic and some cartoonish, they don't really fit together on a tag.

I colorized some items! For example the mushrooms, take your lasso tool / point to point , zoom in to 400% 

Choose the color in your color palette

Remember the numbers from H: and S: , in my case 38 and 123

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize

Selection / select none

Animation 

Take your sunflower background layer to AS, open a new animation 900x900 and paste your sunflower background into it.

Effects / Insert Image Effects / Underwater 

Customize

Delete the first frame 

-------------------------------

Bring your Background layer to AS / duplicate till you have 27 frames

Selects all / copy on your Underwater animation

Paste into selected frames on your background

Back to PSP, hide your background and the sunflower background / edit / Copy Merged and paste to your AS / duplicate till you have 27 frames and paste into selected frames of your animation

Vie animation and save as ....gif 😉
