1. Open a new transparent layer 600x250

2. Copy and paste your tube as new layer

3. Muras Meister / Copies

4. Adjust / Blur / Motion Blur

5. Repeat this 2x more

6. Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

7. Open Comeback_BG4_GF , paste as new layer (maybe colorize to your liking)

8. Set this layer to 55 opacity / overlay

9. Copy and paste your close up of your tube as new layer

10. Set this layer to 55 opacity / overlay

11. Open SparkBG and paste as new layer (colorize, resize and placement to your liking)

12. Set this layer to 65 opacity / soft light

13. Use your crop tool (600x250)

14. Add a small border and merge visible

15. Image / Canvas Size

16. Copy and paste your tube to the left side 

17. Xero / Porcelaine 

18. Sharpen and add a drop shadow

19. Add your text to your tag and add a drop shadow

20. Open Stars , copy and paste as new layer (resize / colorize to your liking)

21. Duplicate this layer and move the bottom layer a bit to the right / lower opacity to 40

22. Open Comeback_Plate2_GF , resize, colorize to your liking and copy and paste as new layer, placement up to you, add a drop shadow

23. Add your name to the plate / drop shadow

24. Put the artist copyright on the tag and your license

25. Since we are going to animate this tag now, you need to add a background to your tag (best is to get the color of the forum where you are going to post it, I am using a small program Hex Color Finder)

Animation

1. Highlight your bottom star layer

2. Cresent Moon / Warm Cloth

3. Edit / Copy Merged

4. Open your Animation Shop and paste as new animation

5. Back to your paintshop / undo last action and add again Warm Cloth but change Horizontal Spacing to 20

6. Edit / Copy Merged

7. Paste after current frame in AS

8. Repeat step 5-7 setting Horizontal Spacing to 30

9. Repeat once again with Horizontal Spacing to 20

10. You should have now 4 frames in AS

11. Edit / Select all / Duplicate selected

12. Repeat this / you have now 16 frames

13. Open Sparkles in AS

14. Edit / select all / edit / copy

15. Highlight your tag / edit / select all / edit / paste into selected frame

16. File / Save as ......
